III. (§8.3) Decision-Making Issues
Section 452.310.8(2), RSMo Supp. 2011, requires that the parenting plan contain a “specific written plan regarding legal custody which details how the decision-making rights and responsibilities will be shared between the parties.” The section specifically requires the parties to consider medical and educational decisions, as well as child care and dispute resolution.
