C. (§8.29) Temporary Restraining Order

If the creditor will not be obtaining the property until the preliminary hearing and fears that it might be destroyed or removed, or if the creditor wants to exert immediate additional pressure, it might be advisable to obtain a temporary restraining order. The order could enjoin the debtor from:
