3. (§8.18) Enforcement Against Plaintiff
If the defendant prevails at the final determination, the plaintiff's sureties on the bond posted for the property, as well as the plaintiff personally, are liable. Beagles v. Beagles, 68 S.W. 758 (Mo. App. E.D. 1902); Rule 99.12.
