A. (§8.12) Defining Time of Performance

If no time for performance is specified, the law implies that performance will occur within a reasonable time. See ArtCraft Cabinet, Inc. v. Watajo, Inc., 540 S.W.2d 918 (Mo. App. W.D. 1976).
