Section 78 No Other Provision for Judicial Review

Section 536.150, RSMo 2000, applies only when the General Assembly has made no other provisions for judicial review. State ex rel. State Tax Comm’n v. Walsh, 315 S.W.2d 830, 835 (Mo. banc 1958). When an agency enabling statute contains provisions for judicial review of an agency’s decision, the method of review established is exclusive and mandatory, and § 536.150 does not apply.
