Under the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Chapter 213, RSMo, an employer may apply different compensation standards or terms, conditions, or privileges of employment:
- under a bona fide seniority or merit system
- under a system that measures earnings by production quality or quantity; or
- to employees who work in different locations
