In Gibson v. Brewer, 952 S.W.2d 239 (Mo. banc 1997), Father Brewer, a Catholic priest, invited Michael Gibson and a friend to spend the night at the church rectory and watch movies. Michael’s petition alleged that, early in the morning, Brewer fondled him in a sexual, offensive, and unwelcome manner.
