The Public Sector Labor Law does not mention or define the term “confidential employee.” Nonetheless, the State Board of Mediation has followed the NLRB in excluding employees from the bargaining unit who meet the Board’s definition of “confidential employee.” In Miscellaneous Drivers & Helpers Union, Local No. 610 v.
