Section 7 An Insurance Policy

Under § 375.420, RSMo 2000, the vexatious penalty statutes apply only to insurance companies issuing a policy for:

· “automobile,

· fire,

· cyclone,

· lightning,

· life,

· health,

· accident,

· employers’ liability,

· burglary,

· theft,

· embezzlement,

· fidelity,

· indemnity,

· marine or

· other insurance except automobile liability insurance.”
