B. (§7.8) Use of Model Codes

The most widely used technical codes in Missouri are those prepared by the ICC (www.iccsafe.org). These codes are republished every three years. The codes published in 2015 cover a wide range of regulations including, but not limited to:

· building construction;

· existing buildings;

· mechanical systems;

· plumbing facilities;

· private sewage disposal;

· energy conservation; and

· property maintenance.
