IV. (§7.5) Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure

Rules 25.01–25.18 of the Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure provide the basis for routine discovery, extraordinary discovery, and sanctions for discovery violations. Rules 25.12–25.18 were amended in December 2003, effective July 1, 2004, and should be examined closely.
