To establish that a defendant had knowledge of a plaintiff’s contract or business relationship:

A plaintiff "must show either that the interfering party had actual knowledge of the existence of the contract and of plaintiff’s interest in it, or that the interfering party had knowledge of such facts and circumstances that would lead a reasonable person to believe in the existence of the contract and plaintiff’s interest in it."
