Motion for Bill of Particulars

The defendant, in accordance with Rule 23.04 of the Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure, moves this Court for an order requiring the state to provide the defendant a bill of particulars to allow the defendant to adequately defend the charges pending:

1. State the date and time of the alleged offense.

2. State the exact location of the alleged offense.
