The defendant, in accordance with Rules 25.04 and 25.10 of the Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure, moves the Court for an order requiring the state to disclose to the defendant the identity and location of the confidential informant used by the state in the above-captioned cause, and in support of this motion states to the Court as follows:
