VI. (§7.30) Objections to Questions and Panel

On voir dire, objections must be made at the time the error first appears, and counsel must make the basis of the objections reasonably apparent to the court. Pollard v. Whitener, 965 S.W.2d 281, 289–91 (Mo. App. W.D. 1998). Failure to do so prevents the reviewing court from ruling on that issue. Goldstein v. Fendelman, 336 S.W.2d 661, 665 (Mo. 1960).
