A. (§7.3) Charter Cities

A constitutional charter city derives its powers from article VI, § 19(a), of the Missouri Constitution and has all the powers that the General Assembly of Missouri has authority to confer as long as the powers are consistent with the state constitution, state statutes, and the city’s charter.
