2. (§7.21) List of Witnesses and Copies of Statements

Rule 25.05(A)(2) requires the defendant to disclose the names and addresses of witnesses the defendant intends to call at trial, their written or recorded statements, and any memoranda reporting or summarizing their oral statements.
