1. (§7.20) Expert Witnesses and Results of Tests, Examinations, and Experiments

Rule 25.05(A)(1) requires the defendant to furnish to the state reports or statements of experts and the results of tests, examinations, or experiments that the defendant intends to introduce in evidence at trial, except those portions containing statements made by the defendant.
