8. (§7.16) Photographic or Electronic Surveillance

Rule 25.03(A)(8) requires the state to disclose in writing whether any photographic, electronic, or wiretapping surveillance exists, relating to the offense with which the defendant is charged, of:

· the defendant;

· conversations to which the defendant was a party; or

· the defendant’s premises.
