7. (§7.15) Records of Witnesses’ Prior Convictions

Rule 25.03(A)(7) requires the state to furnish to the defendant records of the prior criminal convictions of witnesses the state intends to call at trial or a hearing. It does not require the state to produce its witnesses’ arrest records. State v. Wells, 752 S.W.2d 396, 399 (Mo. App. E.D. 1988).
