VIII. (§7.14) Jury Instructions
The proper jury instruction in a case involving tortious interference with a contract is MAI 23.11 [1981 Revision], which states in relevant part:
Your verdict must be for plaintiff if you believe:
First, a contract existed between plaintiff and (insert name of third party) which was [breached] [terminated]1 by (insert name of third party), and2
Second, defendant caused (insert name of third party) to [breach] [terminate]1 the contract with plaintiff, and
