5. (§7.13) Reports or Statements of Experts

Rule 25.03(A)(5) requires the state to furnish reports and statements of experts made in connection with the particular case. This includes all reports or test results made in connection with the case, not just what the state intends to use at trial. The state has no obligation, however, to provide a summary of the testimony of expert witnesses. State v. Wolfe, 793 S.W.2d 580, 587 (Mo. App. E.D. 1990).
