When individuals are hospitalized, or otherwise receive medical care, many of their complaints are reduced to writing by the staff attending to their needs. Portions of the hospital records can be admitted into evidence under The Uniform Business Records as Evidence Law, §§ 490.660–490.690, RSMo 2000.
