Under the scope and definition sections of Article 2, §§ 400.2-101–400.2–725, RSMo 2000 and Supp. 2010, of the MUCC (Missouri Uniform Commercial Code), Chapter 400, RSMo, Article 2 applies only to a “sale” or a “contract for sale”
of goods. Sections 400.2-102 and 400.2-106, RSMo 2000,
