1. (§6.80) Trustees

Whether a trustee is an “aggrieved” party, and thus has standing to appeal a decision, depends on the nature of the order, judgment, or decree rendered. Generally, when an order, judgment, or decree merely determines the duties of the trustee or rights of the beneficiaries, the trustee is not aggrieved and, consequently, lacks standing to appeal the decision.
