State v. Renfrow, 224 S.W.3d 27 (Mo. App. W.D. 2007), held that a municipal police officer could not apprehend a suspect beyond the municipal boundaries when the weaving and swerving were first observed in the city limits but the officer did not activate his sirens or lights until the suspect was outside the city limits.
