G. (§6.54) Tortious Interference
To state a tortious interference cause of action, the contestant must allege that by fraud, duress, undue influence, or other tortious conduct, an individual was deprived of an inheritance. Hammons v. Eisert, 745 S.W.2d 253 (Mo. App. S.D. 1988).
