B. (§6.5) Rulings on Objections

A party objecting to the introduction of evidence has the burden of insisting that the trial court rule on the objection. Vandever v. Junior Coll. Dist. of Metro. Kansas City, 708 S.W.2d 711, 720 (Mo. App. W.D. 1986); Welch v. Welch, 633 S.W.2d 447, 449 (Mo. App. W.D. 1982).
