F. (§6.38) Mandamus

While declaratory judgment, administrative review, and certiorari are the most common means of judicial review of zoning actions, occasionally more immediate and drastic relief by way of mandamus may be required. In light of the availability of the remedies outlined above, petitioners carry a heavy burden to obtain this exceptional relief.
