1. (§6.30) Attorney’s Options

With few exceptions, admissions of a party-opponent should always be read from the opponent’s deposition. Even if the opponent is present in court and can be fully examined, counsel has a right to present the case in any judicially acceptable manner, including reading admissions of a party-opponent from the deposition.
