Although § 516.120, RSMo 2000, provides a five-year statute of limitations for warranty claims, that section applies only to transactions occurring before July 1, 1965. May v. AC & S, Inc., 812 F. Supp. 934, 944 (E.D. Mo. 1993) (applying Missouri law). The four-year statute of limitations in § 400.2-725(1) and (2), RSMo 2000, applies to transactions occurring thereafter. Id.; see also D.A.N.
