In Smitty’s Super Markets, Inc. v. Retail Store Employees Local 322, 637 S.W.2d 148 (Mo. App. S.D. 1982), the appellate court determined that proper injunctive relief included prohibitions not only against harassment and intimidation of customers but also against the use of false and misleading picket sign information.
