Upon being taken into custody, a juvenile must be taken immediately before the juvenile court or delivered to the juvenile officer. Section 211.061, RSMo Supp. 2010; State v. Arbeiter, 408 S.W.2d 26 (Mo. 1966); State v. Pierce, 749 S.W.2d 397 (Mo. banc 1988).
