Section 523.053.1, RSMo 2000, states that within a 30-day period, an agreement for distribution among the named defendants may be filed. Practically speaking, as long as no prejudice befalls the plaintiff, agreements for distribution may be filed at any time before a determination of distribution is made by the court. See State ex rel. State Highway Comm’n v. Southside Nat’l Bank, 585 S.W.2d 512, 514 (Mo. App. E.D. 1979).
