§ 5.9.2.1.7 Notice of New or Additional Defects
A Purchaser may amend or supplement its Notice to provide information pursuant to subsection A and B of the Statute to include alleged defects identified in good faith after submission of the original Notice. The Seller will have a reasonable time to conduct additional inspections if requested, and the parties must comply with the requirements of the Statute for any additional alleged defects.
