For appeals in criminal cases, Rule 30.04(a) requires that the legal file contain the following, in chronological order:
· The indictment or information on which the defendant was tried
· The defendant’s arraignment or waiver of arraign-ment and plea
· The fact of the defendant’s presence at trial
