The MVFRL requires that the policy insure persons using the covered motor vehicles against loss because of “bodily injury,” but it does not define that term. It also requires this protection in the event of “death.” Bodily injury is, therefore, usually defined in these policies to include causally related death regardless of when the death occurs. Davis v. Liberty Mut. Ins. Co., 308 F.2d 709 (8^th Cir. 1962). The ISO policy defines “[b]odily injury” to mean “bodily harm, sickness or disease, including death that results.” Copyright, ISO Properties, Inc., 1998.
