b. (§5.45) Duration of Authority to Issue

Once bonds have been authorized by the voters, the question frequently arises as to how long the authorization lasts and whether the passage of time renders the authority void. The general rule is that if conditions have not changed and the need for the improvements still exists, the authority to issue bonds continues. See:
