A. (§5.42) Generally

Under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101
et seq., a bankruptcy court is authorized to grant relief from
the automatic stay on two alternative grounds. See In re Wieseler,
