4. (§5.35) Collection of Interest

If an agency fails or refuses to pay the interest penalty, the contractor’s only recourse is to file a claim under section 7103 of the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, 41 U.S.C. §§ 7101 et seq. 31 U.S.C. § 3907(a).
