Bodily injury to an insured or any member of the family of an insured residing in the same household as any insured . . . .

The “household exclusion” has been declared to be void to the extent it contravenes the minimum limits requirement of the MVFRL. Halpin v. Am. Family Mut. Ins. Co., 823 S.W.2d 479 (Mo. banc 1992). Curiously enough, this partial invalidity applies even if there is another policy providing coverage to the tortfeasor/family member that satisfies the MVFRL. Kellar v. Am. Family Mut. Ins.
