3. (§5.24) Authority Granted by Order or Provisions of Will

Section 473.310.1, RSMo 2000, states that, “[i]f the court, after hearing all parties, believes that specific execution of such contract ought to be” required, the court “shall make an order that the personal representative execute and deliver an instrument of conveyance” to the other contracting party.
