2. (§5.23) Notice
Section 473.307, RSMo 2000, provides that, “[u]pon the filing of a petition for specific execution of the contract, the court shall fix the time and place for hearing thereon.” Notice of the hearing, together with a copy of the petition, is to be served on the personal representative 20 days before the hearing.
