3. (§5.23) Multiple Appeals

If more than one appeal is taken from the same judgment, only one record on appeal needs to be prepared. The appellants will share the cost of preparing the record. Rule 81.14(a).

In civil cases, except for good cause shown, the costs of the record on appeal are assessed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 84.18.
