Section 5.21 Property Owned, Transported by, or in the Charge of the Insured

Damage to:

(a) property owned in whole or in part, or transported by an insured,

(b) property rented to or in the charge of an insured. This exclusion does not apply to:

(1) a residence or private garage; or
