2. (§5.17) Correcting or Supplementing the Record

If the appellant does not file a complete and accurate record, the respondent can move to dismiss the appeal for noncompliance with the Supreme Court Rules or the respondent can supplement the record, without leave of court, within the time allotted for the filing of the respondent’s brief.
