F. (§5.16) Notice

Section 473.300, RSMo 2000, states that the court order may be with or without notice, but if notice is not given to all interested persons before the order is made, the court must promptly require notice to those persons who have not been previously notified that the order has been entered and that they have the opportunity to show cause why the order should be set aside or modified.
