F. (§5.15) Approving the Record on Appeal

In appeals from both civil and criminal cases, the court reporter must certify that the transcript is a “true and accurate reproduction of the proceedings transcribed.” Rules 30.04(g), 81.15(b). If the proceedings are electronically recorded and transcribed, the transcriber must certify that the transcript is a true and accurate reproduction of the sound recording. Rule 81.15(b).
