D. (§5.13) M.A.R.C.H. Mediation

Beginning in 1997, a statewide organization called M.A.R.C.H. (Mediation Achieving Results for Children) began providing mediation services for issues relating to the care and support of children. M.A.R.C.H. now provides some level of services in every Missouri circuit and county.
