D. (§5.13) M.A.R.C.H. Mediation
Beginning in 1997, a statewide organization called M.A.R.C.H. (Mediation Achieving Results for Children) began providing mediation services for issues relating to the care and support of children. M.A.R.C.H. now provides some level of services in every Missouri circuit and county. M.A.R.C.H. mediators, all of whom receive 40 hours of training, offer up to 4 free hours of mediation services for parents with these issues. In...
