Because the MPA is considered a remedial statute, it is to be construed liberally. State ex rel. Nixon v. Cont’l Ventures, Inc., 84 S.W.3d. 114, 117 (Mo. App. W.D. 2002). Therefore, there are no definitive definitions of deceptive acts or practices, and a violation will, necessarily, turn on the facts of each case:
